Training Partnerships

Become a partner with Admire Workplace Safety and you can deliver nationally recognised competency based training, without needing to become a Registered Training Organisation in your own right.

Forming a partnership with us enables trainers and assessor’s to utilise Admire Workplace Safety’s scope of registration to deliver competency based training. Admire Workplace Safety addresses the compliance requirements for all the regulatory bodies and issues the statements of attainment and qualifications.

We can contextualise any of our current training courses as you require. We can also work with you to develop compliant training resources for any training courses that require adding to our scope of registration. Our aim is to be as flexible as possible to ensure that our training partners can take advantage of all your opportunities.

HOW IT WORKS

APPROVED TRAINERS

Where a partnership is formed the RTO is responsible for ensuring the quality of training delivery and assessment at all times. Admire Workplace Safety will work with the Trainer & Assessors to ensure they meet the required standards and hold the relevant competencies, before being listed as an ‘approved trainer’ under the agreement.

ISSUING QUALIFICATIONS

When notified by the approved trainer that a participant has met all the requirements of the nominated unit of competency or qualification, Admire Workplace Safety will issue a statement of attainment and wallet card (if applicable) in accordance with the quality procedure detailed in the partnership agreement.

TRAINING SUPPORT

Our partnership agreement includes a full support service, providing regular updates of changes within the VET sector that affect the partnership agreement. Approved trainers will also have direct access to Admire Workplace Safety management for advice on all training related issues.

AUDIT OF TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT

As the RTO, Admire Workplace Safety are responsible for the quality of the training and assessment delivered by your organisation. Admire Workplace Safety conduct regular on-site audits of approved trainers operating under the partnership agreement. These are always conducted by prior arrangement.

COSTS

Our costs are extremely competitive and based on the volume of training courses delivered and the projected number of participants over an agreed timeframe. Our aim is to agree upon a mutually acceptable cost structure as it is in our interest to help you to grow a thriving business.
