Find Your USI | Unique Student Identifier
A USI (Unique Student Identifier) is your personal code for any training or courses you do in Australia, including getting your White Card for construction work. It’s a number just for you that keeps all your training records together in one spot online.
Once you have your USI, use it to sign up for any training you need, like your White Card course.
- Visit the official USI website at www.usi.gov.au.
- Click on the “Find my USI” link. You’ll need to provide some personal details like your name, date of birth, and contact information.
- Make sure you have your ID ready (like a driver’s licence or Medicare card) to verify your identity.
- You can dial the USI Office at 13 38 73. Call during business hours for quicker assistance.
- Ask for help finding your USI. Be prepared to answer some questions about yourself to confirm who you are.
- Go back to the USI website and look for the “Contact Us” page.
- Fill out the form with your query and personal contact details, or you can directly email them if you prefer.
- Be clear in your message that you’re looking to retrieve your USI and provide enough details so they can help you promptly.
