Evidence of Identity (EOI) Course Requirements
We want to make sure that every construction worker who gets trained is
properly identified, so there’s no mix-up or fraud.
Checklist
To get a White Card in Queensland and NSW, construction workers need to provide enough identification to score a total of 100 points. Different types of ID are worth different points. For example, a passport might be worth more points than a library card.
- Gather your IDs — things like a driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, etc.
- Make sure your IDs together add up to at least 100 points.
- Show these IDs at their training to prove you are who you say you are.
Keep in mind that requirements might vary slightly depending on the training provider. You must always include at least 1 primary document (Category A) as part of your 100 points.
The three documents you provide can be made up of:
One category A + two category B OR Two category A + one category B
